TATULI adalah komunitas yang berkaloborasi dengan komunitas TIBA Surabaya, yang berdomisili di kota Surabaya. Kami juga rutin mengadakan kegiatan sosialisasi belajar bahasa isyarat Indonesia, yang terbuka untuk umum setiap hari Minggu di Taman Bungkul Surabaya pada pukul 06.30-09.00 WIB.
